LETTER TO THE EDITOR
Dear Sir,
It's always pleasant to arrive back at Waverley Station and even more so now that Edinburgh Council's new HQ building is adjacent.
Even on the darkest night, light spills out from every bulb in this glorious edifice to illuminate our city and I am filled with civic pride to be able to point out to fellow travellers: "Edinburgh is rich - we can afford the electricity bills!".
